Beyonce's "Move Your Body" Video

Beyonce's video for "Move Your Body" is here! It's for Michelle Obama's Let's Move! campaign, battling childhood obesity, and it is so cute. The slim boy to her right with the white shirt and the patent black sneaks on is STOMPING ON THE BEAT! And when Bey sang "run to the left" but accidentally ran to the right, I chuckled.

Great job to all on the video!

Beastie Boys "Make Some Noise" Video

Whoa--celebrity A/B list overload! How many can you spot?

Beastie Boys/"Make Some Noise" / Hot Sauce Committee Pt. 2

Did You Get That On...Random Music Video Day--Playlist.

First off....Bruno Mars, "The Lazy Song." Love the song. The video is random! Like a cross between "The Birthday Song" by The Roots and Patrick Stump and Far East Movement's "Go Ape"-with the really cute "DJ BRASS MONKEY--up in the Cherry Treehouse...." Ha. That monkey was cute.

Also, there's Aloe Blacc. Aloe Blacc's material can sometimes be dark, so what did he do? He went funky with the video for "Loving You Is Killing Me." The little kid in this video is uber cute. The dance moves aren't bad either. Dynomiteeeee!

Then there's that Asher Roth/D.A of Chester French collabo, "Gotta Get Up." An earnest resolve to not be a complete drunkard ends up in a sorry cliffhanger. Ha.

Diddy Dirty Money "I Hate That You Love Me" is a favorite of mine! I love how they have made a song centering on two notes...so simple. It's hot.

Last but not least is Joy Denalane, "Niemand (Was Wir Nicht Tun)." I see myself gradually starting to like songs from other countries and not knowing what the hell they mean. This...is a start. Or maybe, I'll get Rosetta Stone. Anyone know German and English! I'm @GirlBlueSTL.

Cool Kids "Bundle Up" Video

The Cool Kids bring out the chuckles in their first video off of When Fish Ride Bicycles, "Bundle Up." Supposedly about the "absurdities that can take place while on a music video set" Chuck and Mikey are surrounded by pilings of fake snow, plows, mermaids, dancers in metallic leggings, and oh, a polar bear. Imagine if this was for real. That would be sad...

...Uh, no we must have a mermaid. Chuck is fishing, it's ice cold, and there's a mermaid on the side. She has to have black hair...it has to be long. What do you mean does her hair have to be real of course it has to be real...this is a HIP HOP video...son....what you mean our girl's hair isn't real? Seriously? *feels mermaids hair* Dang, girl, those are tracks?!?! Fake it til you make it... *shrugs* Everybody--this studio doesn't pay for itself...places! In 5...4...3..2...

Watch above.

Stephen Colbert-"Friday" on Jimmy Fallon

With what appears to be a smorgasbord or type of musical circus, Jimmy Fallon brings the entertainment yet again. I think his sketches trump SNL's sometimes. With The Roots, Black Thought riding along in a little makeshift cart/car, Taylor Hicks, a gorilla, and more, watch Stephen Colbert and friends express with genuine affection love for Rebecca Black's favorite day.

APRIL FOOLS TO YOU

Happy April Fools, to everyone that cares, and every crass annoying little prankster in the world. And to all of the victims. Salute! A little salt in that sugar for you. This my friends, has got to be the best PUNK'D everrrrr. It's Kanye on the set of "Jesus Walks." Hilar....enjoy. By the way, this is my last post this blog is taking way too much of my time. I have better things to do than to sit at home and stare at my screen and lose my posture on my chair bending forward with anticipation...What I really want is to be a doggone socialite for real, and I'm not getting it so...DEUCES.

Happy April Fools Day.
